Skills for Reducing Anxiety Workshop

In this workshop, we will examine anxiety and what it looks and feels like in our bodies and minds. Participants will learn techniques that can be used both proactively, and in the moment, to help deal with anxious thoughts. This workshop will include journaling, open discussion, somatic release, slow yoga flow and breath work. Each participant will leave with a resource guide and tools they can use to reduce anxious feelings and tendencies. Please wear comfortable and loose fitting clothing.
