Hockey - Youth Floor Hockey

Floor Hockey - Ages 5 - 16 Years Old - A stick, sneakers, pads, helmet and set of team shirts is all you need.  No Skates!

Winter Skills Clinic:  1/9 - Mites 10 AM, Pee Wee 11:15 AM, No Teen Clinic

After the skills clinic (see below for more info), each week will begin with a 15-minute practice followed by a game.

Mites League (5 - 8 years-old) participants will be placed on a team based on age and skill level.

Pee Wee League (9 - 12 years-old) participants will be drafted to teams.

Teen League (12-16 years-old) will be pick-up hockey.

Required equipment:  Helmet with cage, hockey gloves, elbow pads, hockey shin guards and a stick.  Each player must purchase and wear an official home/away shirt as designated for each game.

Mites and Pee Wee participants who did NOT play in the 2015 Fall league are asked to attend a skills clinic on Saturday, January 9th.  Everyone else will receive a schedule and roster information soon after the skills clinic.  

Players will have fun and develop their hockey and team-sports skills, and awards will be presented at the end of the season.

Coaches must obtain background checks. The background checks include: (1) PA State Police criminal background check, (2) PA child abuse clearance and (3) EITHER a signed affidavit affirming you have been resident in PA for the last 10 years OR a FBI fingerprint check completed after you became a PA resident. If you have already obtained these clearances within the past 60 months, you can submit copies of those certificates. Submit fully completed background checks (including certificates of completed PA criminal check and child abuse clearance, and either a signed affidavit or a FBI fingerprint certificate) directly to Barbra Primavera (

  • Early Resident Savings –(ERS) Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior to the start date of the program will pay the Early Resident Savings Fee (ERS). The ERS fee is not listed below, but will appear during the checkout process. Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
