Pilates
Pilates focus on strengthening the upper and lower body, abdominal muscle, lower back and buns. Pilates is designed to give suppleness, natural grace and skill.

- Early Registration Savings – ERS Northampton Residents registering at least one week prior will pay the Early Registration Savings Fee (ERS). Mail in registrations must be postmarked at least one week prior to the start of the class in order to receive this savings.
