In this comprehensive series, expert facilitator Aesha, will guide you through transformative workshops that delve into the foundational aspects of wellbeing, addressing key areas such as physical health, posture correction, nutrition fundamentals, weight loss strategies, stress management, and burnout prevention. The five workshops are: Foundations of Wellbeing, Get Unhunched, Nutrition Fundamentals, Eating for Weight Loss, Beating Stress and Burnout.

5/1, 6/19 Foundations of Wellbeing
Discover the key pillars of wellbeing and understand how they contribute to your overall health. Explore the physical, mental, and emotional dimensions of wellbeing, and learn practical strategies to cultivate a healthy lifestyle. We will delve into topics such as sleep hygiene, mindfulness practices, self-care routines, and the importance of creating a positive environment to support your overall wellbeing.

5/8, 6/26 Get Unhunched: Posture for Optimal Health
Poor Posture can lead to numerous health issues and musculoskeletal imbalances. In this workshop, learn how to correct and improve your posture for better alignment, increased energy levels, and reduced pain. Our experts will teach you simple exercises, stretches, and strategies to develop good posture habits that support your overall wellbeing, both at work and in your daily activities.

5/15, 7/3 Nutrition Fundamentals: Fueling Your Body Right
In this fun and interactive empowerment workshop we will look at how sitting impacts our upper body posture and health. We will learn about rounded shoulder and forward head posture. Together with these simple exercises we will have open posture and pain free movement. Equipment: Grab your yoga mat and resistance band.

5/22, 7/10 Eating for Weight Loss; A Sustainable Approach
Explore effective strategies to achieve and maintain a healthy weight without resorting to fad diets or unsustainable practices. Our workshop will focus on principles of mindful eating, portion control, and cultivating a positive relationship with food. Discover practical tips for making healthier food choices, incorporating physical activity into your routine, and understanding the role of emotions in eating behaviors.

5/29, 7/17 Beating Stress and Burnout
In our fast-paced world, stress and burnout are common pitfalls that can significantly impact our overall wellbeing. Learn how to identify signs of stress and burnout and develop effective coping mechanisms to manage and reduce their impact on your health. Through mindfulness practices, stress-reducing techniques, and self-care strategies, you will gain resilience and tools to maintain your over wellbeing in the face of challenges.
